IBM's Execution of Business Strategy via Accelerate Change Together Initiatives 1995 - 2000 "Accelerate Change Together"was an initiative launched by IBM corporation in January, 1995 to drive performance improvement in the company and associated change in its culture and capabilities. Based upon Pilot's experiences with General Electric's Workout across seven of its businesses, Pilot President Christopher Cappy was selected as principal architect to design and adapt the Workout methodology and experiences learned to assist IBM CEO's much heralded turnaround efforts. Over a five year period, Pilot worked in twenty-three countries on over 400 Accelarate Change Together projects addressing a plethora of strategically relevant, complex issues.
