CRESTED BUTTE

Crested Butte Mountain Resort is now under the new ownership of Tim and Diane Mueller. Transformation of Mt. Crested Butte into a world class ski resort is well underway. They have already installed new lifts, improved snowmaking and made upgrades to on-hill restaurants.

They have also started construction on a master planned base village, Mountaineer Square. "On July 23, 2005 we unveiled our premiere release of luxury residences, The Lodge at Mountaineer Square. Within six hours, all 95 residences were under contract." This is just phase one in the new Mt. Crested Butte.
