Christopher Cappy is president of Pilot Consulting Corporation. Prior to founding Pilot Consulting in 1996, Mr. Cappy
had sixteen years of consulting and line management experience in the areas of organizational change and executive
development education. He spent four years with the award-winning Executive Challenge Program at Boston University's
School of Management, an innovator in action learning methodologies.

For eleven years, he was a member of the faculty at General Electric's Management Development Institute (Crotonville), and served as a lead consultant with Work-Out/CAP for a number of General Electric Company businesses. Between 1995-2000, he and the Pilot team designed and ran "ABC's" worldwide ACT initiative in over twenty countries. Mr. Cappy continues to design and implement large-scale change initiatives within several world class organizations. He is an advising member to The Learning Network.

Mr. Cappy received a B.S. in Production Management from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1975. He is a graduate of Boston University's Management Development Program and Columbia University's Advanced Organizational Development Program.
