The Pilot Institute of Crested Butte was founded in 2005 to provide educational services in support of the business performing arts. As a vehicle for personal, leadership and organizational development, PICB sponsors events intended to improve the performance of leadership professionals in various aspects of their personal and business lives.
Given nearly thirty years of collective experience, Pilot Consulting has developed relationships with a wide variety of top-of-field professionals in the fields of organizational change, leadership development, athletic and adventure coaching, holistic health practices and high performance teamwork. PICB is drawing on this broad-based expertise to offer innovative and enriching programs designed to support the needs of 21st century professionals.
Coming fairly soon in 2007, a world-class conference center will open at Mount Crested Butte as a part of the $200+million dollar expansion of Crested Butte Mountain Resorts' facilities. PICB is partnering with this facility and its amazing beauty to create a venue which will strongly support the blending of personal renewal with performance enhancement.
In summary, Pilot Institute further serves and broadens our mission of "helping people and their organizations be and do better…if they want to."
